The Slate Digital VMS is a hybrid system consisting of a preamplifier / modeling software, with a large diaphragm condenser microphone, and a suite of plug-ins. It is Mac and PC compatible, in AAX, AU and VST formats. The Virtual Microphone System (VMS) is the ideal low-cost solution for owning many legendary pickups and preamps in your studio. Indeed, the combination of the preamp and the micro Slate Digital allow you emulation of several references in the field: FG47, FG800, FG 251 for microphones, and FG76 or FG73 for the preamp (just remove the First 2 letters to understand which products they correspond).
