Electric Bass
True to Mike Herrera's punk-rock spirit, this bass is deliberately simplified with passive electronics using just one ceramic humbucker and one functional volume knob, the other two pots being decorative 'dummies'. Its bold aesthetic is defined by the vibrant Orange Creamsicle finish with matching headstock, complemented by a pearly white pickguard adorned with MxPx's custom 'Pokinatcha' graphic. It's built around the classic StingRay body of Jabon wood for a light, resonant sound, combined with a hard maple neck and fingerboard secured by a robust six-screw pattern for rock-solid reliability on stage.

Presentation
As soon as you pick up the Sterling by Music Man Mike Herrera Signature Orange Creamsicle, you immediately feel the punk energy that has shaped its identity. The jabon body with its orange varnish finish catches the light of the setting, while the matching head and white 'Pokinatcha' motif plate recall the MxPx roots.
Under your fingers, the five-point screwed maple neck offers a fast, precise grip on a maple fingerboard with 21 medium frets. The authentic StingRay timbre is retained by the ceramic humbucker pickup, connected to a single volume knob: the other two pots are dummy, a choice in keeping with Mike Herrera's minimalist spirit.
With a 34″ scale and 38mm nut, this StingRay combines comfort and stability. Its open gear action and fixed bridge provide solid tuning, ideal for energetic performances. Its simple yet distinctive design offers professionals a bass that's reliable, direct and ready to vibrate to the rhythm of punk rock.
