Supro - Delta King 12 Tweed

The Supro Delta King 12 is aimed at a specific audience: guitarists who want a powerful amp without the burden of a 50 W combo on their backs. With its 15 W, it strikes a balance between audible power and control at reasonable volumes, perfect for rehearsals as well as for an electrified acoustic set in a bar too small for a stack. The 12AX7 preamp valve brings the character to the fore, whilst the 6L6 power valve maintains the dynamics with a wider headroom than its smaller-powered counterparts. The result is punchy, without ever overwhelming the room.
The 12-inch Supro DK12 speaker is housed in a 1x12 configuration, a classic setup that pushes the midrange to the fore and gives depth to every sustained note, from airy clean tones to punchy crunch. The built-in reverb adds a layer of space without the need for an external pedal, and the six controls – Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass, Reverb and Master – cover a wide range without cluttering the front panel with secondary settings.
The built-in boost and drive change the tone with a single click, from crystal-clear clean to biting crunch, straight from the amp. In terms of finish, the poplar cabinet is clad in Tweed Tolex, with black piping, a black grille and a rubber handle designed for frequent transport. This Tweed and Black colour scheme stands out from the usual all-black finishes of the Supro range, giving the combo a workshop feel rather than a mass-produced one.
Connectivity and accessories round off the package: the instrument input, Line Out and dual TRS footswitch jack pave the way for the Supro SF2 Dual footswitch (sold separately), allowing you to control boost and reverb with your foot without letting go of your guitar. Measuring 430 × 410 × 190 mm and weighing 13 kg, this combo can be taken from a rehearsal to a gig without needing a helping hand to carry it.
