Tascam - AE-4D
The Tascam AE-4D is a 4-channel AES/EBU ↔ Dante converter in a 1U half-rack format. Compatible with Dante, AES67 and Dante Domain Manager, it supports the transmission of digital signals up to 96 kHz / 24-bit, whilst offering remote control via Tascam DCP Connect and EZ Connect.
Presentation
Designed for professional environments, it is ideally suited to recording studios, audiovisual installations, broadcast control rooms and fixed audio systems. Its compact 1U half-rack format makes it easy to install in a rack, under a table or in an equipment cabinet.
The AE-4D prioritises ease of use with software control of levels and mute functions via Tascam DCP Connect. Its PoE power supply reduces the amount of cabling required and enables quick installation when a compatible switch is available. Compatible with Dante Controller, Dante Domain Manager and AES67, it integrates easily into even the most demanding networked audio infrastructures.
