Its additive synthesis engine faithfully reproduces five vintage organ sounds: from H (American phonic wheels) to Y (the legendary Yamaha YC-45D), via English, Italian and Japanese transistors. Each model has its own personality and character. It's up to you to match them.

Playing an organ is all about control. The physical sliders let you sculpt the harmony in real time, broadening or narrowing the sound spectrum. Add percussion to attack notes with more bite, and activate vibrato or the Leslie cab effect to get that characteristic sense of movement. The 128-voice polyphony guarantees that no note will fade out, even in dense chords.

The most striking thing about the 37 mini-key HQ keyboard is its responsiveness. Yamaha has developed a precise touch that reproduces all the dynamics of your playing, whether fast or delicate. So that the instrument lives with you, the pack includes the SC-reface case. It can be worn over the shoulder or as a rucksack, with a loop for attaching it to a suitcase. It's also handy for tucking cables and power supply alongside it.

The reface YC, with its two 2W drivers featuring Bass Reflex technology, delivers a rich, balanced stereo timbre, with surprisingly present bass for such a small size. You can play for up to five hours on batteries, plugged into the mains, or connect the instrument to your mixing console via the 6.35 mm jack outputs.
