The user interface is facilitated by an 8-inch color touchscreen, allowing intuitive navigation and quick access to the instrument's many features.
At the heart of the KRONOS 3 are nine distinct synthesis engines, each dedicated to a specific sound family. The SGX-2 engine delivers exceptional acoustic piano sounds, while the MOD-7 enables advanced VPM synthesis.
The AL-1, MS-20EX and PolysixEX engines provide faithful analog modeling, and the CX-3 accurately reproduces vintage tonewheel organs.
This sonic diversity is enhanced by a library of over 300 premium sounds and 256 new programs, including Italian grand pianos and vintage electric pianos.
KRONOS 3 also features a 16-track MIDI sequencer and a 16-track audio recorder, allowing for complex compositions.
