In its Rev2 version, Arturia’s AudioFuse Studio becomes a central hub for recording, mixing and monitoring, with connectivity capable of bringing together instruments, peripherals and monitoring systems within a single, clear, scalable and stable workspace. It is designed as a fully-fledged desktop control room, with an architecture that keeps creative possibilities within easy reach. Presentation
This Arturia audio interface, with its 18 inputs and 20 outputs, serves as a control centre for music creation, connecting analogue sources, digital equipment and a computer within a studio-oriented architecture, with a clear workflow between capture, production and playback.
The four DiscretePRO preamps offer 72 dB of gain and a dynamic range of 119 dB, enabling precise capture of low-level sources and takes requiring a high headroom reserve – particularly when using ribbon microphones – whilst manual control ensures intuitive day-to-day operation.
The 24-bit AD/DA conversion operates at up to 192 kHz and ensures detailed reproduction between inputs, production software and outputs, with low latency that facilitates monitoring of takes, critical listening and direct control within music production workflows; this provides a solid foundation for projects where the finesse of reproduction is just as important as flexibility in workflow.
The analogue connections include 4 microphone, line or instrument inputs and 4 additional inputs, with inputs 5 and 6 switchable to Phono thanks to the built-in RIAA preamp, which facilitates the permanent connection of synthesisers, instruments, line sources and turntables, without the need for numerous temporary connections, whilst allowing permanent set-ups that remain easy to adapt for different projects.
The monitoring section features two independent stereo headphone outputs with source selection and separate controls, as well as two outputs for two speaker systems, with Mono, Mute, Dim and PFL functions to check various aspects of the mix from the workstation depending on the source or monitoring system selected.
The monitoring system can also incorporate talkback to maintain direct communication with the artists during takes and check-back phases, whilst keeping the audio feeds for the main console and the headphones separate. This setup provides greater flexibility for collaborative work.
The outputs dedicated to reamping operate at the instrument level, allowing you to retain an unamplified guitar take before determining or adjusting the amplification processing, so you can compare different sonic approaches based on the same performance. Inputs 5 and 6 also accept a phono source thanks to the built-in RIAA preamp, giving the interface a function suited to digitising vinyl records and integrating them into a complete music production.

Pre 1973, Pre TridA and Pre V76 reproduce preamp characteristics inspired by historic studio circuits, with different responses depending on the tone you’re aiming for. Comp FET 76 adds FET-style compression, useful for shaping the dynamics, density and impact of a track directly within the software environment to control depth, presence and dynamics.
Delay TAPE 201, Rev PLATE 140, Chorus JUN 6, Phaser BI TRON and Filter MINI cover several families of effects, ranging from time-based processing to modulation and spectral processing.
