Arturia - MatrixBrute
These models in stock may be of interest to you:
The MatrixBrute Arturia is a monophonic analogue matrix synthesiser with a 49-key velocity-sensitive keyboard with aftertouch, programming capabilities, three VCOs, ladder and Steiner-Parker filters, ultra-fast envelope generators, 5 analogue effects and a 16x16 modulation matrix that can step-sequencer! With a 100% analogue signal and multiple connections, this superb new monster is born. Sorry, a brute!
Presentation
The MatrixBrute sound engine features three analogue oscillators with a secondary oscillator on oscillators one and two. In addition, oscillator three doubles as an LFO and can be used as an audio source simultaneously. The noise generator offers white, pink, red and blue noise types.
All the oscillators, the noise source and the MatrixBrute's external input are mixed in the mixer section before being routed to the filters. The Steiner-Parker multi-mode filter and the traditional ladder multi-mode filter can be configured in series or in parallel.
The synthesiser also includes two further LFOs with seven waveforms each and three envelope generators with ADSR capabilities on the first two. The third envelope generator offers DADSR, which creates an abundance of shaping and sound sculpting tools.
The Matrix section is the heart of MatrixBrute, allowing complex modulation routing, step sequencing and instant recall of presets. Modulation routing lets you assign one of 16 modulation sources to one of 16 modulation destinations. The matrix also functions as a 64-step sequencer with separate steps, accents, slides and modulations. Preset mode lets you recall any of the 256 presets at the touch of a button.
MatrixBrute offers true analogue effects with a choice of analogue delay, chorus, flanger and analogue reverb. In addition, analogue effects can be defined as modulation destinations within the Matrix.
The MatrixBrute keyboard features a 49-key velocity-sensitive keyboard with aftertouch. At the rear of the synthesizer, there are a number of ports including two expression pedals, a sustain pedal, a Gate in/out and a Sync in/out. In addition, there are 12 CV inputs and outputs that are designed to interface with any standard 1 V/Oct modular synthesizer. The MatrixBrute includes 128 factory presets and is supplied with a power cord and USB cable.
