Audient - iD44 MKII

The Audient iD44 MKII is a high-end USB audio interface designed to deliver exceptional sound quality and unrivalled flexibility to musicians, producers and sound engineers. With 20 inputs and 24 outputs, this interface is perfect for professional studio environments requiring robust performance and extensive versatility.

Preamps and converters
The iD44 MKII is equipped with 4 Class A Audient Console Mic Preamplifiers, offering 60dB gain and exceptional sound quality. These preamps are renowned for their transparency and their ability to capture every nuance of the performance. High-class AD/DA converters ensure high-precision conversion with 24-bit/96kHz resolution, guaranteeing faithful, detailed sound reproduction.

Extensive connectivity
This interface offers a multitude of connectivity options, including 2 ADAT inputs and 2 ADAT outputs for digital expansion, allowing up to 16 additional channels to be added. The 2 discrete JFET instrument inputs provide rich, warm sound quality for guitars and other high-impedance instruments. What's more, the 2 fully balanced inserts make it easy to integrate external processors into your signal chain.

Control and monitoring
The iD44 MKII features an independent headphone output and a dual independent headphone output, providing flexible monitoring for multiple users. Primary and secondary speaker outputs allow easy switching between different monitoring systems. Dedicated Talkback, Dim and Cut controls facilitate communication and control during recording sessions.

The large central rotary aluminium knob is intuitive and allows precise control of levels. In addition, the interface offers three user-defined function keys, Scrowcontrol, and Loopback for advanced streaming and recording applications.

Construction and power supply
The all-metal construction of the iD44 MKII ensures maximum durability and longevity, even in intensive studio environments. The interface is powered via USB-C, which is USB 2.0 compatible, or via an AC adapter, providing power flexibility for a variety of studio set-ups.
