Behringer - Poly D

The Behringer Poly D is a 4-voice analogue synthesiser that draws on the legendary circuitry of the 'D-type' synth, while adding modern features for stage and studio. Its polyphonic/paraphonic design allows you to choose between several playing modes - mono, unison or polyphonic - opening up a vast field of sonic exploration.

Equipped with 37 velocity-sensitive semi-weighted keys, it offers a natural, expressive touch, perfectly suited to both live performance and composition. Its architecture is based on a pure analogue signal path, with four authentic VCOs, a resonant 24dB ladder filter and VCA stages faithful to the original circuits. The oscillators feature 5 variable waveforms, including adjustable pulse widths, to sculpt massive basses, cutting leads or textured polyphonic layers.

Behringer Poly D doesn't limit itself to classic sounds: it includes a stereo chorus, distortion section and noise generator, perfect for enriching and dirtying your sounds on demand. The 32-step sequencer (64 memories) and built-in arpeggiator complete the package, offering immediate creative possibilities without the need for a computer.

Designed for real-time interaction, Poly D features 84 physical controls, giving you direct access to all the parameters. In terms of connectivity, it has an external audio input for processing sound sources, balanced stereo outputs for maximum integrity, and full MIDI implementation (DIN and USB).
