Cort's Space 4 Star Dust Black combines a maple body with a poplar burl top and open-pore satin finish in a well-balanced headless format. The 7-piece maple, walnut and amaranth neck provides an excellent grip, with a fluid feel that naturally follows the musician's playing. Fitted with two Bartolini MK-1 pickups combined with a three-band active preamp, it lets you explore a wide range of sound textures, with good control over midrange, treble and dynamics.

Presentation
The Space 4 Star Dust Black from Cort is a four-string electric bass with a headless design. Its maple body is topped by a poplar burr top, with an open-pore satin finish in Star Dust Black.
The screw-down neck is made from seven plies of torrefied wood (maple, walnut, amaranth) and houses a maple fingerboard with 24 frets, including a zero fret, on an 864 mm scale. Bartolini MK-1 pickups combined with an active preamp with three-band equalisation (push/pull volume, blend, treble, midrange, bass) provide a wide range of sounds, in active or passive mode.
The headless system, with individual bridge and tuning machines, ensures good intonation, optimum balance and appreciable lightness. Supplied with D'Addario EXL165 (.045-.105) strings and a gig bag, this bass is ready to play straight out of the box. It will suit musicians looking for a modern, ergonomic and versatile instrument.
