The DPA 4099 CORE+ Extreme SPL Rock Touring Kit 4 - cardboard version offers the same top-of-the-range configuration as the classic Rock Touring kit, but in a simplified package designed for technical facilities already equipped with touring storage. It includes four 4099 CORE+ Extreme SPL microphones accompanied by all the accessories needed for their use, guaranteeing a complete and homogeneous recording solution for the stage, the studio or professional tours.

At the heart of the system, CORE+ technology ensures remarkably accurate sound reproduction, even close to extremely loud instruments. Each microphone can handle up to 152dB SPL without noticeable distortion, offering a dynamic range of 109dB and reduced background noise. Thanks to its pre-polarised condenser capsule and super-cardioid pattern, the 4099 CORE+ effectively isolates the direct signal from the instrument while minimising crosstalk, for a clear, balanced and natural sound image.

Its linear frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz captures the harmonic richness of drums, brass or percussion instruments, with a slight boost of 2 dB in the treble for a lively, detailed reproduction. The mechanical design has been optimised for robustness and precision, with an easily adjustable 140 mm gooseneck, shock-absorbing suspension to limit vibration and IP58 protection, guaranteeing resistance to dust and humidity in intense stage conditions.

The pack includes all the accessories you need for a versatile installation: four MicroLock extension leads, four DAD9001 to XLR adapters with belt clips, and a selection of clips for different instruments - 3 D-CLIPs for drums, 2 STC4099s for brass, 2 universal U-CLIPs and 3 CM-CLIPs for percussion. This assortment offers total freedom of placement and extensive compatibility with the majority of acoustic instruments used in modern stage settings.

Supplied without a case, this cardboard-packed kit is designed for backlines, mobile studios and service providers who already have dedicated storage or transport solutions.
