DPA - 4099 CORE+ Loud SPL, Kit Stéréo Accordéon

The DPA 4099 CORE+ Loud SPL Accordion Stereo Kit is the ideal solution for musicians looking for a faithful, detailed and coherent recording of the sound of their instrument. Designed specifically for the accordion, the kit includes two DPA 4099 CORE+ Loud SPL microphones and two A-CLIP clips, providing a balanced stereo set-up between the right-hand keyboard and the left-hand section. Thanks to CORE+ technology, the 4099 offers a wide dynamic range and a high saturation threshold, guaranteeing extremely pure sound reproduction, even at high volumes. Capable of handling up to 145 dB SPL peak, it reproduces the expressive play of the accordion without distortion or compression. Its pre-polarised condenser capsule ensures balanced sensitivity (6 mV/Pa) and excellent frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with a slight accent in the high frequencies to preserve the brilliance and clarity of the timbre.

The A-CLIP mounting system supplied in this kit has been specially developed for the accordion. It can be permanently fixed with screws or simply held to the body of the instrument for reversible mounting. Its robust, lightweight design ensures perfect stability even during the most energetic performances. The flexible 140 mm gooseneck provides precise, repeatable positioning, allowing the balance between the two microphones to be optimised to cover the entire range of the accordion.

The modular design of the 4099 also allows quick unclipping and repositioning, without the risk of scratches or marks on the finish of the instrument. Each pickup can be moved to another compatible instrument simply by changing the clip.

Like the rest of the DPA CORE+ range, this model benefits from optimised internal suspension to reduce structure-borne noise, a detachable MicroLock connector for extended compatibility with DPA adapters and professional wireless systems, and IP58 certification to ensure resistance to dust and moisture.
