The EMG 35HZ-BLK is a soapbar-format passive microphone with a lot going for it! Designed for 4-string basses, it combines a warm sound with a soft attack and a strong midrange.
Thanks to its ceramic and steel magnets, it delivers a clear, powerful sound with no parasitic noise. Its humbucking design effectively reduces hum, even on a heavy amp.
It's passive, but very modern in its response. Suitable for all styles: rock, funk, pop, metal or jazz. Its 89 mm size fits most basses. And with its solderless system, installation is child's play. There's no need for a soldering iron: everything just plugs in.
