Presentation
Anyone who has listened to Rammstein (or Emigrate) will know that the band's guitar sound is massive and uncompromising. It's one of the band's trademarks, along with their spectacular, fiery live shows.
German band Neue Deutsche Härte started out in 1993 and have since become the most famous German-speaking band. Their style is a blend of industrial metal, hard rock, pop and electro, with a highly polished production and the sound of their two guitarists, Paul Landers and Richard Z Kruspe, is synonymous with power and precision.
Thanks to Fishman and its Fluence range, you'll find the sound of RZK in this signature set in a magnificent Brushed Stainless finish.
During his previous tours, Richard experimented with the Fluence Modern and added his own personality. The result is this hybrid kit combining the best of the Fluence Modern and Classic, with Ceramic VIII/Alnico V magnets and blades from the Modern and Vis and dynamics from the Classic.
Coupled with triple voicing, these pickups are more versatile than they let on:
- For the neck pickup :
Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output): The sound of an active pickup with an ideal Alnico magnet. Full, round and boosted but still dynamic and articulate.
Voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid): The bright sound you're looking for in a neck pickup but without the shrill or nasal edge.
Voice 3 (Single Coil): Crystalline, hollow but with the brand's signature Hi-Fi feel.
- For the bridge pickup:
Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output): The sound of a ceramic magnet with perfect active technology. Crunchy and warm, but without the muddy bass, which remains tight.
Voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid): Organic passive sound with a good output level. Superb signal distortion but with all the dynamics and response of Fluence.
Voice 3 (Single Coil): Crisp with an overdriven single coil sound.

Founded in 1981 by Larry Fishman (hence the name), Fishman specialises in the manufacture of microphones for instruments of all kinds, as well as music-related electronics (MIDI modules, amplifiers, etc.).
With genuine expertise and a constant quest to improve response and transparency, Fishman has become a leader in its field and one of the biggest names in acoustic instrument amplification.
In 2012, Fishman launched a revolutionary range of active pickups for electric guitar: the Fluence.
