Guitar Microphone

Set of Fluence Modern active pickups for 6-string guitar. Rammstein fans, rejoice!!! Richard Z. Kruspe finally has his own signature pickups thanks to Fishman. Based on the Fluence Modern, Richard asked us to create a Blade/Screw hybrid to keep the balanced attack of one and the explosive brilliance of the other. This set features 3 distinctive voicings, and its Metallic Red colour will remind you of the band's fiery live shows.

Do we still need to introduce Rammstein?

Rammstein is a German band from the Neue Deutsche Härte (literally translated as New German Rigour) movement, of which they are one of the leading representatives. Their music is close to Industrial Metal, but incorporates a whole variety of other styles (Pop, Electro, Disco, Rock).

With a massive, martial sound, impressive pyrotechnics and a strong sense of provocation, the band has built up a loyal fanbase since 1993.

Lead guitarist Richard Z has honed a heavy, crushing (and thrilling) guitar sound that has become one of the band's trademarks.

Having played at EMG for many years, Fishman offered him the chance to have his own signature pickups.

On his most recent tours, he used the Fluence Modern set and asked for a few modifications, such as the blade/screw construction to retain the roundness and balance of the former and the explosiveness of the latter. This hybrid set offers a wider range of sounds than just Metal, with its 3 distinct voicings:

- For the neck pickup :
Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output): The sound of an active pickup with an ideal Alnico magnet. Full, round and boosted but still dynamic and articulate.
Voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid): The bright sound you're looking for in a neck pickup but without the shrill or nasal edge.
Voice 3 (Single Coil): Crystalline, hollow but with the brand's signature Hi-Fi feel.

- Concerning the bridge pickup :
Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output): The sound of a ceramic magnet with perfect active technology. Crunchy and warm, but without the muddy bass, which remains tight.
Voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid): Organic passive sound with a good output level. Superb signal distortion but with all the dynamics and response of Fluence.
Voice 3 (Single Coil): Crisp with an overdriven single coil sound.

With genuine expertise and a constant quest to improve response and transparency, Fishman has become a leader in its field and one of the biggest names in acoustic instrument amplification.

In 2012, Fishman launched a revolutionary range of active pickups for electric guitar: the Fluence. Based on a system that allows them to attack different peak frequencies, the double (and even triple) voicing has earned them a reputation, and these pickups can be found installed on the biggest brands (Solar, Ibanez, Jackson, ESP, etc.).
