The nickel blades of the Fishman PRF-MO6-SZN Fluence Open Core Modern Humbucker pickups slap a little more in the treble. Less round than the black nickel, they remain more direct in the attack. On the front, the feedback is clear: it cuts through the mix without creeping. No need to boost anything. On a clean, Voix 2 tickles the crystal. Voix 3 pushes a little harder. It doesn't cheat, but it flirts with single-coil.

Presentation
Fishman Fluence PRF-MO6-SZN Open Core Modern Humbucker Zebra pickups love violence. Dry, choppy, Meshuggah-style riffing? They follow without wavering. No suspicious rounding, just precise attack.
In doom, they take on the walls of fuzz. The audio remains clean, even in the sonic mud. Nickel blades? Solid. Nothing wobbles.
Run the Alnico voicing through a Velcro fuzz. You get a dense wall, not an acid fog. It's massive, but still readable.
When they're clean, they know how to breathe. Tense funk, icy synthwave or even slamming country: they bite. Out of context, but still relevant.
For recording DIs, they're a godsend. You have a wide dynamic range, ready to be abused by re-amplification. Every nuance comes through.
Forget your plugged-in guitar for one night? No problem. Two hundred hours is a long time. In rehearsal or on stage, you'll sleep soundly.
Switch to the neck pickup and lower the key. And there's the magic: thick warmth, soft roundness, but never mushy. The grain remains legible.
The multiple voices give a real palette. The switch doesn't cheat. You go from a modern roar to a vintage growl without delay.
The zebra look is eye-catching, but that's just a bonus. What counts is what they throw into the amp. And there are no half measures here.
Brilliant highs, biting lows. These pickups hit the nail on the head. Playing loud? They respond crisply.
No tricks, just controlled rage!
