Electric Guitar Effects

This is JHS Pedals' version of the UniVibe, to perpetuate its modulation, phasing and rotary sounds. It's the first ever fully analogue photo-cell vibe pedal with tap tempo, ratio, external tap tempo and rate control via an optional expression pedal. Like the original UniVibes, there's a selector for choosing between the UniVibe effect and a traditional vibrato. It can also be controlled by other tap tempo pedals for synchronisation.

Pink Floyd's Breathe, Jimi Hendrix's live Woodstock performance of The Star-Spangled Banner and Robin Trower's Bridge of Sighs cemented the sound of a vibrato effect based on a photoelectric cell.

The JHS Pedals Unicorn, continuing the inspiring sounds of modulation/phase/rotation, never fails to push musical boundaries.
And just like the originals, it features a switch for choosing between a Uni-Vibe effect and a traditional vibrato setting.

What sets the Unicorn apart from all other vibe-style circuits is that it's the very first fully analogue, photocell-based vibrato pedal with tap tempo as well as ratio, external tap control and external rate control via an optional expression pedal. And the Unicorn does it all with just four buttons and one switch.

At a time when everything has been seen and done, JHS offers the very first 100% analogue photocell modulator with built-in tap tempo.
