The Sire Marcus Miller V3 New Gen 5-string Midnight Blueburst is designed for everyday use on five strings, with technical elements aimed at stability. The mahogany body promotes a balanced response with a solid base in the lower register.
The Edgeless™ rosewood fingerboard, with its rounded edges, provides even contact along the entire length of the neck. The Canadian hard maple neck ensures appropriate rigidity, limiting variations linked to string tension. The 46 mm natural bone saddle contributes to direct vibration transmission from the open string.
The Marcus Standard bridge, with a string passage through the body, improves overall resonance. The electronics include a Sire Standard 2-band active preamp, combined with a push/pull function for switching to passive mode.
