The Madrid shape retains the hallmarks of the classical repertoire and places the instrument firmly within a recognisable Spanish tradition. Its solid European spruce top delivers a clear attack and an expressive range under the fingers. The scale length of 650 mm (25.59 inches) provides a string length familiar to classical players. The nut width of 52 mm (2.047 inches) allows ample space for the left-hand fingers to manoeuvre.

A natural gloss PU varnish covers the body, preserving the wood’s lustre. The back and sides, crafted from solid Indian rosewood, add a deep tonal foundation, with a more woody timbre as the notes expand.
