The natural colour of the top reveals the wood’s grain without any added stain, a choice that emphasises the raw material rather than a polished appearance.

The rosewood back and sides frame the body and reinforce the bass tones with a woody timbre that extends the sustain after the attack. The 650 mm scale length keeps all six strings under even tension along the entire length of the neck, providing a stable reference point for position changes. At the 50 mm wide nut, the spacing between the strings widens, giving the fingers of the right hand plenty of room for arpeggios and polyphonic playing.
