Moog - Pack Messenger + Cover

Switch on the Moog Messenger and you’re immediately immersed in the world of true analogue synthesis: two oscillators that you can shape by hand, a sub-oscillator to thicken the low end, and a wavefolder to push the texture even further. The Moog filter responds instantly when you adjust the frequency or resonance, with no sense of latency or delay. You can also feed an external signal into the circuit to process another sound as if it were an extension of the synth. Everything is designed so that you can hear exactly what you’re doing straight away.

Under your fingers, the 32-key semi-weighted keyboard provides a genuine playing experience, with velocity and aftertouch that respond to subtle nuances. You can attack a sound gently or make it start louder simply by adjusting your touch. The two loopable ADSR envelopes allow you to shape the sound as a living loop rather than a simple trigger. The LFOs add movement without you having to go through complicated settings.

In sequencer mode, you can record up to 64 steps per preset and recall your ideas directly from the 256 memory slots. The arpeggiator helps you transform a chord or a note into a rhythmic pattern with minimal effort. The MIDI DIN and USB-C connections let you plug it into a studio setup or connect it to other devices without any hassle. And if you’re into modular synths, the CV/Gate outputs open up a whole new world of possibilities straight away.

The Decksaver cover is moulded to fit the Messenger perfectly, covering the keyboard and controls without any strain. Simply pop it on when you’ve finished playing, and everything remains protected from knocks, dust or loose cables. The sockets remain accessible if you leave the synth plugged into your setup. The synth is ready to be switched on and played as soon as you need it, without anything getting out of tune between sessions.
