The Roland J-6 Aira is a 6-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer with advanced modulation capabilities and a 61-key semi-weighted keyboard with aftertouch. It features a random noise generator, two VCOs, a low-pass filter with variable slope cutoff and three ADSR envelopes for modulating waveform, tone and amplitude. The J-6 is also equipped with an arpeggiator and polyphonic sequencer, as well as a USB port for connection to computers and mobile devices. With its classic sound and powerful modulation, the Roland J-6 Aira is the synthesizer of choice for electronic musicians looking for a vintage sound combined with modern features.

Once you've found your new favourite chord progression, all you have to do is chain them together using the J-6's sequencer. There are 64 patterns with up to 64 steps in each, and you can quickly incorporate chords, style variations and single notes, with tempo changes at every step to complete your next masterpiece.
Once your pattern is saved in J-6, press Play and add more colour using the physical controllers. Choose different synth presets, adjust the filter and envelope in real time, and complete the picture using the editable Reverb and Delay effects.
The J-6 puts in your pocket a synth sound that's been essential to popular music for decades. Our renowned ACB (Analogue Circuit Behaviour) technology brings the famous timbres of the JUNO-60 to life in every detail, and features 60 presets inherited from the original instrument. You can use the J-6 Generator with the chord sequencer, play it on the built-in keyboard or an external MIDI controller, or use it as a sound module in a larger configuration.
The J-6 has all the connections you need to connect it to other AIRA Compact instruments or insert it into a larger configuration. The T-8 Rhythm Machine lets you add rhythm to your chords, and the E-4 Voice Modifier adds evocative vocal textures. The J-6 can also be your interface to music production software, a mobile music app, or physical instruments, via USB-C or MIDI.

Super petite machine avec un bien joli son. Le séquenceur à 64 pas laisse de quoi faire ! J'aurais préféré pouvoir y mettre des accus plutôt qu'une batterie embarquée qui un jour sera HS et fera perdre la possibilité de musique nomade. Je trouve le prix (prix constructeur) un tout petit peu élevé mais rapidement effacé par le plaisir procuré.
