This duo of passive humbuckers is based on a tri-field architecture: a central magnet in Alnico V for harmonic richness, flanked by two lateral magnets in ceramic 8 for clarity and speed of attack, particularly in the high registers.
Under its blackened nickel-silver plate, each pickup incorporates twelve adjustable high-carbon steel pads, allowing fine adjustment of dynamics string by string. The four-conductor cabling allows split coils, offering a more open and versatile sound palette, ideal for varying textures without sacrificing signal density.
