The MonsterTone SSS set is a tribute to the original F500T design by Schecter, pioneers of coil-tapping for guitar, producing a vintage single-coil sound that combines classic brilliance and chime with increased power thanks to its direct-coupled Ceramic magnets and oversized pole pieces. Thanks to the Tapped 3-conductor design, each pickup allows the guitarist to choose between two output levels: a weaker vintage tone (around 3.07k ohms) for clarity, or maximum output (around 5.7k ohms at the bridge) for a hotter, punchier sound.

The six nickel-plated carbon steel pads ensure an even distribution of frequencies across all the strings, giving each note a distinct presence, whether in rhythm or lead. The Teflon-coated three-conductor wiring allows subtle shifting from a bright, snappy timbre to a softer tone.
