Schecter's SuperCharger Mach 6 Pickup Set Black is a passive humbucker set that delivers a particularly velocity-enhancing dynamic. The 53 mm bridge spacing and 49 mm neck spacing guarantee direct compatibility with tremolo and universal architectures.
Thanks to 4-conductor wiring and a split-coil design, you can switch from a massive humbucking sound to a more articulate single-coil mode for varying textures. The design of the base plate is full of character: etched, powder-coated aeronautical aluminium, a guarantee of robustness and magnetic field retention.
The 12 nickel-plated carbon steel pads, combined with a central barium-impregnated ceramic magnet, deliver a fine midrange response while retaining the ability to push your amps when you're playing loud. With a resistance of 12.6 kΩ at the bridge and 10.0 kΩ at the neck, this set retains a tonal balance that remains precise without fading.
