When you install Schecter's Synyster Gates Signature Set Black pickups, you're entering a world of precision and tonal nuance. Each passive humbucker starts with a spacing designed for practical use: on the bridge side, 53 mm for tremolo, on the neck side, 49 mm universal, a detail that guarantees a direct fit on your instrument.
The four-conductor cabling, combined with a split-coil design, gives you the freedom to go from a big sound to a finer texture without sacrificing phase. The chassis is machined from black powder-coated aerospace aluminium, while twelve high-carbon steel studs combine with a central three-field ceramic 8 magnet, a combo designed to exploit the potential of your amp and effects.
With a resistance of 17.6 kΩ at the bridge and 12.0 kΩ at the neck, you get high output while preserving detail. A rigorous guitarist gets an articulate sound, a defined attack and amplified note-holding, ideal in a pro configuration where every nuance counts.
