Schecter's The Sultan Pickup Set SSS White pickups combine the timeless smoothness and clarity of Alnico II magnets with a precision-wound plain enamel magnet wire coil, delivering a clear, musical sound perfect for blues, funk, and progressive rock, while retaining distinct articulation for fast licks. With a centre pickup wound in reverse polarity, this set eliminates the distracting background noise of single coils in positions 2 and 4 of the selector, giving you the famous 'quack' sound without the buzz, and a hum-cancelling palette of sounds essential for stage and studio.

Installing Schecter's The Sultan SSS White set on your guitar means choosing a vintage signature that speaks with finesse. In a universal 52mm configuration, each pickup integrates seamlessly, whether it's a modern or modified Strat body.
The cabling uses a two-conductor fabric-sheathed harness with a quick-return system, a solution that simplifies repairs and minimises parasitic mass around the electronics. Inside, six hand-bevelled rod magnets produce a metered magnetic field, each aligned in a precise tone, contributing to the overall balance.
The technology is based on cylindrical Alnico II magnets, chosen for their harmonic softness, sensitivity to attack nuances, balanced midrange response and ability to open up on the highs. With a maximum output power of 6.2 kΩ, the signal remains moderate but rich in detail: no exaggerated saturation, no loss of definition.
The result for the demanding guitarist: a clear sound, lively dynamics, a controlled touch that retains integrity and expressiveness in any context, from worked clean to delicate drives.
