SPL - DMC Black

The SPL DMC is an analogue mastering console designed to meet the needs of demanding professional studios. Conceived as the heart of the mastering chain, it centralises the management of sources, processing returns and monitoring within an extremely transparent architecture based on SPL’s proprietary 120V technology.

It features four stereo inputs dedicated to recordings or processed signals, as well as four stereo sources enabling rapid comparison of reference tracks or alternative mixes. Each channel can be precisely adjusted using gain control in fine 0.25 dB steps, phase inversion and mute functions, offering total control over the signal right from the input.

The insert section allows external processors (EQ, compressors, etc.) to be integrated into a pure audio signal path, with an optimised signal route to preserve signal integrity. The DMC also offers advanced monitoring management with multiple speaker outputs, a subwoofer output and a headphone output via the Phonitor system.

Designed for professional mastering environments, it facilitates rapid A/B comparisons between different sources and ensures level consistency thanks to its loudness compensation functions. Its robust 3U rack-mount chassis and fully analogue architecture make it a durable and highly reliable solution for modern mastering studios.
