The Taylor Academy 12e-N LTD is an electro-acoustic nylon-string folk guitar in Grand Concert format. It combines meticulous design with thoughtful playing comfort and a warm sound thanks to a torrefied spruce top and laminated Hawaiian koa back. Designed for musicians with a taste for neo-classical textures, it features an ES-B system with built-in tuner, and is easy to transport thanks to its soft case.

From the very first notes, the Taylor Academy 12e-N LTD will surprise you with the richness of its nylon tone, which is warm, precise and delicately snappy. The combination of the torrefied spruce top and Hawaiian koa gives this guitar a unique grain, with a slightly weathered feel that evokes instruments that have already been honed over the years. You'll want to come back to it more often than not.
Designed for long hours of playing, this guitar doesn't just have a comfortable neck: it also has a sculpted armrest that spares your right elbow without you needing to call in a physio. Far from being an aesthetic gimmick, this detail reveals all the care that's gone into the ergonomics, especially when the tunes get a little technical and your fingers need a little respite.
The Taylor Academy 12e-N LTD comes in a Grand Concert format, designed for fingerstyle playing. The saddle spacing leaves plenty of room for arpeggios, while the tuning fork retains plenty of string tension. And if you're planning to take your instrument to the ends of the earth - or at least as far as the metro - the padded gig bag will keep you company without a grumble.
