Yamaha - SLG200NW II Natural + Housse
COPY The SLG200NW model offers the same feel as a classical guitar. The junction between the body and neck emulates that of conventional instruments, as does the 52mm width of the nut. Thanks to the on-board SRT preamp, the SLG200NW reproduces the guitar's natural sound in a way that no internal amplification system has done before. The new SRT preamp is also equipped with a new Hall reverb, giving you an incredible sense of space.
Presentation
Faithful and Authentic Acoustic Restitution.
Perfect combination of an innovative preamp and new-generation contact microphones. These microphones are installed right where the piezo is mounted. This combination reproduces the guitar's natural sound in a way that an internal amplification system has never done before. These sensors and their wider bandwidth enable a much wider range of frequencies to be picked up, and the 'SRT' preamp provides acoustic processing worthy of the best sound recordings in a major recording studio.
The BLEND rotary control lets you mix the sound coming directly from the transducer with that of the microphone simulation. Place this control all the way to the left to hear only the pick-up signal, all the way to the right to hear only the simulated microphone signal, or in an intermediate position to mix the 2 signals to your taste.
The ultra-compact format of Yamaha Silent guitars offers unrivalled playing comfort. The footprint of a Silent guitar is comparable to that of a solid-body electric guitar. You'll be amazed by the sonic possibilities and unique look of this series of guitars.
With the Silent SLG guitar, Yamaha has not neglected the comfort of a conventional acoustic guitar. This series is the result of extensive research and development by our designers, who have kept in mind the need to be as close as possible to the requirements and problems of musicians on the move.
The top side of the guitar can be detached for even greater flexibility and minimum bulk when you're on the move.
Supplied in a gig bag, the SLG200N is a discreet, compact instrument that can take you anywhere.
The Silent guitar is ideal for working in spaces where a low noise level is required. Its innovative lutherie design makes it 80 times quieter than a conventional acoustic guitar.
Its preamp system means you can work with headphones without disturbing those around you.
The SLG200 series features an accurate chromatic tuner and a high-performance effects processor. An Aux in input lets you plug in your MP3 player, and a Line out output lets you connect to an amp or directly to your console. Each model comes with a case, 2 AA batteries and headphones.
The reliability of Yamaha instruments is well established. The Silent series is no exception, especially when it comes to a guitar designed to accompany you on every road and stage.
With the Silent SLG200 series, it's where you want it, when you want it!
