With its compact size and 37 velocity-sensitive keys, the MPK Mini Plus offers surprisingly comfortable playing for its size. Whether you're controlling virtual instruments, recording sequences or playing live, its Gen 2 keyboard responds to the touch of a finger. The pitch and modulation wheels, MIDI joystick, RGB pads and encoders provide a wealth of expressivity, even on a minimalist setup.
On the production side, Native Kontrol Standard (NKS) integration guarantees native compatibility with Komplete 15 Ultimate, included here as an upgrade. You can browse hundreds of instruments, effects and presets directly from the controller, with visual feedback on the OLED screen. The experience is intuitive, immersive and much smoother than with a conventional MIDI keyboard.
The built-in polyphonic sequencer lets you program in two tracks with 64 steps, in step mode or for live recording. With the arpeggiator, Scales and Chords functions, it's easy to enrich your musical ideas with just a few gestures. Even without a mouse or DAW running, you can capture a loop, layer and test ideas live.
Komplete 15 Ultimate, meanwhile, transforms this setup into a veritable sound creation powerhouse. We're talking more than 150 top-class instruments and effects, 80 expansion banks, 100,000 sounds, and a sound design powerhouse that covers every style: orchestral, urban, cinematic, electro, acoustic.
