The EMG H1 Floyd is a passive humbucker with a sharp character. Designed for those who love the bite of a vintage pickup, it fuses tight windings and ceramic/steel magnets to send out a dry, grainy tone. Whether you play in neck or bridge position, it delivers a punchy signal that's never muffled.
The midrange breathes, the treble slams and the bass stays firmly in place. Perfect on a Floyd or a Fender vibrato thanks to its 52 mm spacing, it keeps a constant tension under fast playing. It's incredibly easy to assemble: no soldering, no batteries, just clever and complete wiring.
It includes everything you need: 500k potentiometers, cables, screws, mono jack and even the bridge ground. 13.65 kOhm resistance, 3.12 kHz resonance, muscular inductance... it's got guts and precision.
This model doesn't try to look like any other. It draws its own line, with nerve, grain and that little nervousness that makes all the difference on stage and in the studio.
