The EMG Retro Active T-52 Black set, made in California, redefines the tonal character of your Telecaster™. Its neck pickup incorporates an Alnico 2 magnet that delivers a smooth attack, great for round, warm notes. The bridge pickup, featuring an Alnico 5 magnet, delivers brilliance and bite that enhances every chord. Retro Active technology fuses authentic vintage sound with modern response, thanks to a discrete FET preamp. This eliminates unwanted noise while maintaining a constant output.
