Designed for Floyd's 52mm spaced bridges, they combine vintage windings with a discreet preamp. This model is perfect for sharp solos, tight rhythms and noise-free clean tones. Installed without soldering, this duo is made in the USA.

For Floyd Rose-equipped guitars, EMG's Super 77 Set Floyd Black offers a duo perfectly calibrated for nervous, precise and expressive playing. Inside, the heart is 100% Californian: made by EMG USA, with traditional windings and a discrete preamp with FET transistors.
The bridge pickup (RA-370C-F) is there to cut through the mix. Its lower resonance frequency (2.33 kHz) gives body to aggressive riffs without ever drooling. Ideal for dry palm mutes, tight metal rhythms or 80s hard rock leads.
On the neck side, the RA-350C plays in a different register. Softer and more open, it's ideal for clean arpeggios or bluesy solos. For example, on a clean sound with slight compression, each string comes out distinctly, even with open tuning.
Retro Active technology combines the organic nature of passive pickups with the silence of active ones. There's no hiss, even at high volume. The result: a sound that's more dynamic, always clean, always clear.
The solderless system simplifies everything: no soldering iron, everything fits together. Two volumes, two tones, stereo jack, battery foam, screws... everything is included. Even peace of mind!
