Tosin Abasi is an American guitarist and songwriter, best known as the founder and lead guitarist of the progressive metal band Animals as Leaders. Born in 1983, Abasi is known for his complex and innovative playing technique, often described as eight-finger "thumping" or "tapping." He is also the creator of the Abasi Concepts guitar, designed to meet his specific technical needs.
