The Fishman PRF-CS6-HB2 Fluence pickup is a set of 2 active humbuckers designed for electric guitar. Developed in collaboration with guitarist Herman Li, it features 3 distinct voicings per pickup to cover a wide range of modern sounds. Thanks to Fluence technology and Ceramic VII magnets, it offers great clarity, precise attack and excellent definition even at high gain levels.

The Fishman PRF-CS6-HB2 Fluence pickup is a set of two active humbuckers designed for electric guitar. This signature set was developed in collaboration with guitarist Herman Li, renowned for his fast, technical playing.
This model is based on Fluence technology developed by Fishman. This innovative design uses a Fluence Core to produce a stable, even signal without the variations typical of traditional wound pickups.
Each pick-up offers 3 distinct selectable voicings. This configuration makes it possible to quickly adapt the sound character according to musical style or context.
The first voicing offers a powerful, modern humbucker, suited to saturated sounds and percussive rhythms. The second offers a more open, articulate register, ideal for leads and melodic passages.
The third voicing introduces a character akin to a simple coil. It provides greater clarity and brilliance for clean sounds or lighter textures.
The pickups use Ceramic VII magnets combined with a specially designed active circuit. This architecture gives a very precise attack and high sustain.
The sound remains clear and defined even at high gain or in complex effects chains. This precision is particularly useful for modern techniques such as sweep picking, tapping or fast palm mute riffs.
Power can be supplied via a standard 9V battery or a compatible rechargeable pack. Claimed battery life is up to 110 hours.
The microphone format is compatible with standard humbucker slots. It can therefore be easily installed on a wide range of electric guitars.
