The MicroKorg has become the standard of mini-synthesizers.
This one has the same sound generator as the MS-2000 but with a mini-keyboard and is positioned as the smallest synth / vocoder on the market.
The quality of a vocoder is related to the number of bands and the quality of the filters. The MicroKorg works on 16 bands grouped in 2 x 8 stereo bands.
It has the classic functions. The bandpass filters are very sharp.
The sounds obtained are easily modulated by different sources: resonant filtering, Lfo, effects, arpeggiator. External audio signals can be passed through the synthesis section.
