The Motu M4 interface features ESS Sabre32 Ultra converters, direct monitoring and an LCD screen to check levels at a glance. With the Motu M4 + Shure MV7+ bundle, you get a complete kit for recording and streaming. Firstly, the Motu M4 audio interface has 4 inputs and 4 outputs with a resolution of up to 32 bits / 192 kHz. Thanks to its ESS Sabre32 Ultra DAC technology, you get crystal-clear sound even at low latency.
What's more, its mic preamps feature individual gain control and 48 V phantom power for each input. In addition, two guitar / line / hi-Z inputs are accessible from the front via XLR / TRS jack combos.
There's also a colour LCD screen so you can view your levels in real time. For connectivity, the unit offers balanced 6.3 mm TRS jack outputs, unbalanced RCA outputs and a separate headphone output.
Compatibility with Mac, Windows and iOS allows you to work on different platforms. In addition, the direct monitoring function and Monitor mix button make it easy to adjust your settings while recording. In terms of construction, the metal chassis is robust enough for frequent travel.
To complete the package, the Shure MV7+ hybrid dynamic microphone combines XLR and USB-C connectivity. Its cardioid pick-up pattern allows you to pick up only your voice while minimising surrounding noise.
Its integrated DSP provides functions such as Auto-Level mode, low-cut filtering and real-time denoising. Compatible with MOTIV desktop and mobile applications, it offers precise control over parameters. Finally, the pack includes a 3 m USB-C cable for quick installation.
