Rme - T8T8 PRO 2m
The RME T8T8 PRO 2m multi-pair cable combines eight 6.35 mm TRS jack connections in a single cable, with eight connectors at each end. Each channel is individually labelled to facilitate connection and organisation in a multi-channel audio system.
Presentation
At 2 metres in length, the RME T8T8 PRO 2m is suitable for set-ups where devices are relatively close together but require a neatly organised multi-channel connection. In particular, it can be used to organise connections between different audio components fitted with 6.35 mm jacks, with each channel clearly identified.
The TRS connectors are individually numbered on the output ends, which simplifies identification during connection and makes it easier to read the wiring once the installation is in place. This identification is particularly useful when several channels are used simultaneously and must remain clearly associated.
The T8T8 PRO 2m is part of RME’s range of professional analogue cables. It is constructed using a black cable with a diameter of 14 mm. The model number T8T8Pro2 refers to this 2-metre version, whilst the range also includes a 5-metre version for installations requiring greater length.
