The SLXD14E 85M H56 is based on three essential components: the SLXD1 bodypack transmitter, the WL185 lavalier microphone, and the SLXD4 receiver. The WL185, thanks to its cardioid polar pattern, effectively captures voice while reducing ambient noise, making it ideal for spoken interventions and precise sound recordings. It attaches discreetly to a shirt collar or tie and comes with a windscreen to limit unwanted noise.
The compact and robust SLXD1 transmitter provides stable RF transmission over a range of up to 100 meters in line of sight. Its integrated LCD screen displays essential information such as battery life, frequency and signal status. It operates on two AA batteries providing up to 8 hours of use, or with an optional rechargeable SB903 battery, allowing precise monitoring of battery life in hours and minutes.
The SLXD4 receiver, the central element of the system, guarantees smooth management of RF frequencies, facilitated by the Scan & Sync function, which allows rapid pairing with the transmitter via infrared. It integrates a backlit LCD screen and offers balanced XLR and 6.35 mm jack outputs, ensuring extensive compatibility with professional audio equipment.
