Designed as a downloadable licence for a semi-modular analogue synthesiser, UVI’s HX-20 brings a hybrid reinterpretation of a vintage instrument to your production environment. Its design combines wavetable-based oscillators and samples sourced from hardware with physically modelled filters, offering a flexible and nuanced sound palette.

With 222 presets covering basses, brass, effects, keyboards, leads, pads, plucks, sequences and arpeggios, you have an immediately usable foundation. The multi-layered architecture allows you to layer sounds and experiment with modulations, whilst the arpeggiator/phraser aids in creating sequences.

The built-in macros and studio effects then let you customise existing patches or create your own. With its 182 layers and over 13,000 hardware samples, the HX-20 brings together multiple sound sources in an instrument designed to explore, shape and reinvent textures inspired by vintage analogue sounds for your varied day-to-day musical creations.
