The String Machines 2 virtual instrument (downloadable licence) from UVI is a unique collection comprising 62 string synthesisers that have been carefully restored and recorded. With 842 hardware sounds and 355 presets, it provides a solid foundation for creating pads, leads, basses and textures inspired by analogue machines.

The dual-layer architecture makes it easy to combine multiple instruments to create original hybrids, whilst the built-in controls (ADSR, multimode filters, LFO, step modulators, arpeggiator) ensure complete flexibility. The included effects, such as EQ, Drive, Delay, Sparkverb and the RS-505 suite, add a professional finish to your creations.
