UVI’s Kroma (virtual instrument), available as a downloadable licence, offers an immersive experience into the world of 1980s analogue synthesisers. Inspired by the Rhodes Chroma and the Polaris, it comprises two complementary instruments: Kroma and PolarX.
Together, they provide 353 presets and nearly 9,000 samples, covering a wide sonic range from deep basses to atmospheric pads, as well as expressive leads and rhythmic textures.
Users have access to powerful tools such as an arpeggiator, a step sequencer, LFOs and built-in effects to customise every sound.
Compatible with UVI Workstation and Falcon, Kroma integrates seamlessly with all major formats (AU, AAX, VST, VST3, stand-alone) on macOS and Windows. The downloadable licence includes three activations via iLok, ensuring flexibility and security of use.
