Presentation
UVI’s PX V8 (downloadable licence) is a virtual instrument that faithfully recreates the sound world of the legendary Voyetra Eight. This rare analogue synthesiser, released in 1982, has been captured here in a library of over 400 presets and nearly 26,000 samples, offering exceptional sonic richness.
Users have access to a wide range of deep basses, evolving pads and expressive leads, as well as strings, organs and keyboards, all carefully recorded to preserve the unique character of the original. The interface allows for complete customisation thanks to multimode filters, envelopes, LFOs, step modulators and a dual arpeggiator.
A built-in effects section, comprising EQ, delay and Sparkverb reverb, rounds off the experience. Compatible with Falcon and UVI Workstation, the PX V8 integrates seamlessly into modern set-ups, offering musicians a reliable and inspiring solution to enrich their productions.
