The Waves eMotion LV1 32 Stereo Channels is a powerful digital mixing console designed to meet the needs of live, broadcast and monitoring engineers. Its modular SoundGrid-based architecture provides ultra-flexible audio signal management with minimal latency, advanced network connectivity and compatibility with a wide range of Waves plugins.
Featuring 32 stereo/mono input channels, the console offers impressive processing power with a 32-bit floating-point mixing engine and a sample rate of up to 96 kHz. Each channel can host up to 8 SoundGrid plugins, ensuring high-precision dynamics and EQ processing directly on the console. This approach eliminates the need for external racks, while maintaining a responsive and fluid mix.
The eMotion LV1 features an extensive bus and return section, with 44 dedicated channels, including 16 monitor auxes, 8 effects auxes, 8 audio groups and L/C/R/Mono mixing. The console also allows the creation of custom layers for quick access to essential parameters and integrates a DCA spill function that facilitates the management of fader groups.
The ergonomics have been carefully thought out to adapt to all environments. Compatibility with multi-touch screens and standard MIDI controllers allows for smooth and intuitive navigation through the interface. Waves has also integrated its MyFOH remote control software, as well as the MyMon personal monitoring application, thus offering optimal control to engineers and musicians on stage.
Network connectivity is a key point of the LV1 32. It supports I/O sharing on 16 stage boxes, expansion slots or DAW workstations. Additionally, it allows stage boxes to be shared between multiple LV1 consoles, facilitating complex setups without added latency.
