EMG's 57/66 Chrome pickup duo with alnico V magnets delivers a clear, incisive signature. The EMG 57 adds density to the bridge, while the 66 balances the midrange on the neck. With an integrated preamp, stable voltage and no earth wire, this is the perfect choice for modern guitars.

Presentation
The EMG 57/66 Chrome pickup set is designed for today's guitars, while respecting traditional formats. The standard 49mm spacing matches Tune-O-Matic bridges, and the short potentiometers are ideal for Strat-style guitars.
The 57 in the bridge provides a defined attack, propelled by its Alnico V magnet. The neck-mounted 66 provides a more subdued texture, well suited to clean riffs and subtle harmonics. Each pickup is powered by a discrete preamp integrated under the cover.
Easy assembly: no soldering iron required. The EMG Solderless system includes all the necessary cables (links, battery, output, etc.). The whole system remains silent, with a noise floor of less than -100 dBV.
The chrome-metallic cover gives the system a raw, polished look. This set accepts optional EMG modules, and integrates seamlessly into a stereo circuit via its TRS jack. It's designed to boost your audio. More than anything, it's for demanding setups.
