Presentation
The EMG 57/66 Floyd Black microphone duo is designed to stand up to anything. Metallic covers, solid components and ultra-low power consumption: less than 400 µA at 9V for over 600 hours of autonomy. This active model with Alnico V magnets ensures a dense, constant signal, even in extreme conditions.
Solderless installation reduces the risk of errors: plug-and-play connectors, cables for each link, central bus, battery distributor and mounting screws are all included. The system adapts to all bodies, including Les Paul, thanks to the 19 mm long shaft potentiometers.
Specially spaced for Floyd Rose vibratos (52 mm), the 57 delivers a muscular, articulate attack, while the 66 develops deep, controlled bass. The unit accepts EMG modules such as the EXG and SPC, and works without any ground wires, for simplified, silent integration.
