Inspired by James Hetfield, this set of EMG JH "HET" Gold pickups makes its presence felt. Ceramic magnets on the neck, ceramic/steel on the bridge: the duo bite, respond and crash into the mix with style. This model is noise-free, seamless, but with metal under tension. The sound is raw and ready to pounce.

The EMG JH "HET" Gold pick-up set requires no permission. Designed to take a beating, it spits out 4.5 volts under sweep, with no loss of balance. The neck houses a pure ceramic magnet, while the bridge combines ceramic and steel. The result: a biting, heavy and sharp duo.
The frequencies of 2.11 and 1.61 kHz open up different timbres that are never dull. Impedance remains fixed at 10 kΩ. Current is capped at 160 µA, extending battery life to 1,500 hours with a 9V battery. There is no hum, even when saturated. Noise falls to -100 dB.
Installation requires no grounding or soldering. Every component - cables, connectors, stereo jacks, pots - assembles neatly, with intuitive logic. The short potentiometers fit the Strat, and the pickups respect the 49 mm spacing of the Tune-O-Matic. The gold Metal Works coating adds a raw touch to the whole. It's not just a tribute to Hetfield, but a tool that conveys his rage and precision.
