This kit of SAV pickups from the brand is aimed at those who want to rediscover the feel of a simple vintage coil, without the background noise. Inspired by the first Strat™ pickups, it develops a precise attack, that typical little "quack" in the intermediate position, and a nice opening on clean tones. Alnico V magnets with flat pads ensure an even response across the entire width of the neck, particularly suited to guitars with a flat or modern radius.
Designed for precise arpeggios, funky cocoons or bluesy solos with light overdrive, this set shines in the clean, crunch or slightly saturated register.
You don't need to be an electronics expert to install this set: thanks to the EMG solderless system, all you have to do is plug in the cables supplied. The kit includes everything you need, including 25k pots, a 5-position selector switch and a stereo jack, so you can set up your mics quickly and get back to playing!
The set is also compatible with EMG accessories and other EMG pickups, so you can easily adapt your guitar to suit your style.
